Everything that plugs in, under one agreement
Most Ocala businesses are juggling a break-fix guy, a phone vendor, a cabling contractor and whoever set up their Microsoft 365. We take the IT stack, so nobody gets to point at somebody else.

Pricing you can see
Most IT companies hide their prices. We do not.
A first on-site visit is a flat $89. Work after that is $100/hour, and you approve it before it starts. No monthly contract, no surprise invoice.
Why Ocala Secure IT
The things you can hold us to
Every IT company says they are responsive and proactive. These are the specific commitments that go into the agreement — the ones you can point at when they are not met.
Book a visit — $89Contractual response times
Not a sales promise — a number in the agreement, by severity.
No long-term lock-in
Month to month. We keep the work by doing the work.
Security first, not security later
MFA, patching and backup verification are baseline, not upsells.
Proactive, not break-fix

Questions
Straight answers
The questions we get asked before anyone signs anything.
What does managed IT cost for a small business in Ocala?
Managed IT is billed as a flat monthly fee rather than by the hour, so the bill does not spike in a bad month. What it comes to depends on how many people you have, whether there are servers involved, and whether compliance work is in scope. We quote after the first on-site visit, against your actual environment rather than an average.
How fast do you respond when something breaks?
Response targets are written into the service agreement, not promised verbally. Critical issues that stop your business trading get the fastest tier, and you can hold us to the number because it is contractual.
Do we have to sign a long-term contract?
No. We do not use multi-year lock-ins. If the service is not worth paying for, a long contract only protects us — and it removes the pressure on us to keep earning the relationship.
Do you work with our existing software and vendors?
Yes. Most businesses run line-of-business software that is not negotiable — practice management, case management, accounting or ERP. We manage the environment around it and act as the point of contact with those vendors.
What areas do you cover?
Ocala and Marion County are our home ground, and we serve businesses across Central Florida including The Villages, Gainesville, Belleview, Summerfield, Dunnellon and Leesburg. Remote support covers everywhere; on-site work is scheduled by area.
Ready to secure your business?
Book a first on-site visit for $89 — we come out, look at your network, backups, Microsoft 365 and exposure, and tell you where you stand. Work after that is billed at $100/hour. No monthly contract required.
