About these terms

These terms cover use of this website. They do not govern any managed services agreement, which is a separate signed contract between Ocala Secure IT and the client.

The content here is general information about our services. It is not tailored technical advice and should not be relied on as the sole basis for a decision about your own systems.

We aim to keep everything accurate and current, but technology and regulation change.

The free tools

The email security check reads public DNS records and reports what it finds. It is provided as-is and without warranty.

It is not a complete security assessment. It examines email authentication only and cannot see DKIM configured under a custom selector, nor anything about your internal network. A passing result does not mean your business is secure.

You may run it against domains you own or are authorised to assess. Do not use it to enumerate domains you have no relationship with.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information or tool output on this website. Services we deliver under a signed agreement are governed by the liability terms in that agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
