Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

This site is built to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings.

We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What we have done

Every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a clearly visible focus indicator.

A skip link lets keyboard users bypass the navigation.

Colour combinations are chosen to meet contrast requirements, and colour is never the only way information is conveyed — findings in the security tool carry an icon and a text label as well as a colour.

Animation is disabled automatically when your device requests reduced motion.

Headings are structured in order, images that convey meaning have text alternatives, and purely decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.

Form fields have real labels rather than placeholder text standing in for them.

Known limitations

Third-party content added in future — a booking widget or chat tool, for example — may not meet the same standard. Where we add one, we will test it and note any limitation here.

Tell us if something does not work

If any part of this site is difficult to use, we want to know and we will fix it. Contact details are on the contact page, and we will provide the information you were trying to reach in another format in the meantime.
