VoIP Phone Systems

A phone system should follow your team wherever they work and let you change how calls are handled without booking an engineer.

The problem

Old systems charge you to change your own greeting

Traditional phone systems tie the business to a box in a cupboard. Changing a menu option or a holiday greeting means a service call and a fee. Staff working from home either give out mobile numbers or are unreachable, and there is no useful reporting on missed calls.

Our approach

Cloud phones you administer yourself

Extensions work from a desk phone, laptop or mobile app on the same number. Call flows, greetings and hours are edited in a browser by whoever you decide should have access. Reporting shows what actually happened to your calls, including the ones nobody answered.

What you get

Included as standard

Not an upsell list. These are the things that make the difference between a service you pay for and a service that works.

  • Keep your existing numbers
  • Work from anywhere on the same extension
  • Change call flows and greetings yourself
  • Voicemail delivered to email, with transcription
  • Reporting on missed and abandoned calls
  • Auto-attendant, ring groups and hunt groups
  • No on-premise hardware to maintain or replace
  • Predictable per-seat pricing

How we work

What actually happens

  1. 1

    Design

Map how calls should flow — who rings first, what happens after hours, where overflow goes.

  2. 2

    Port

Move your existing numbers with no downtime. Old and new run in parallel until cutover.

  3. 3

    Deploy

Provision handsets and apps, and train whoever will manage it day to day.

  4. 4

    Tune

Review the call reports after a few weeks and adjust the flows to match reality.

Questions

VoIP questions

Do we keep our number?

Yes. Porting is standard and the old service stays live until the new one is confirmed working.

What if the internet drops?

Calls fail over automatically to mobiles or another destination you nominate, so you are not simply unreachable.

Is call quality actually good?

On a properly configured connection with voice traffic prioritised, yes. Bad VoIP is almost always a network problem, which is why we look at the network before quoting phones.
