How often are backups tested?
Automated verification runs daily. Full restore tests are scheduled — quarterly for most clients, monthly where compliance requires it — and you get the result in writing.
Does Microsoft 365 need separate backup?
Yes. Microsoft guarantees the service, not your content. Retention after deletion is limited, and it will not save you from a ransomware event that syncs through OneDrive.
What about hurricanes?
Central Florida is not immune. Offsite copies are held outside the region, and we review readiness before each season rather than during a warning.
How fast can we be back?
That depends on what you are willing to spend, which is the honest answer. We agree a target up front, design to it, and then prove it in a test rather than quoting a number nobody has verified.
