Structured Cabling
Cabling is the one part of your network that is genuinely expensive to fix later, because fixing it means going back into the walls.
The problem
Undocumented cable is a permanent tax
Unlabelled runs, no test results and no floor plan mean every future change starts with an hour of tracing. Cable pulled to the wrong specification, or run alongside power, produces intermittent faults that get blamed on everything except the wiring for years.
Our approach
Installed to standard, tested, labelled and documented
Cable selected for the distance and the speed you will need in five years, installed to specification, certified with a tester, labelled at both ends and handed over with a documented schedule. It costs slightly more once and saves repeatedly.
What you get
Included as standard
Not an upsell list. These are the things that make the difference between a service you pay for and a service that works.
- Cat6/6A installed to standard
- Certification test results provided
- Labelled at both ends and documented
- Tidy, serviceable rack termination
- Fibre between buildings where distance requires it
- Coordination with builders on new construction
- Capacity for growth designed in
- Warranty on workmanship
How we work
What actually happens
- 1
Plan
Walk the site or read the drawings, agree outlet locations and rack position.
- 2
Install
Pull, terminate and dress the cable, working around your trading hours or the construction schedule.
- 3
Certify
Test every run and provide the results.
- 4
Document
Labelled schedule and floor plan handed over.

What we build on
Vendor-neutral where it matters. We will tell you when the cheaper option is the right one.

- New-construction coordination
Questions
Cabling questions
Can you work with our builder?
Yes, and the earlier the better. Cabling is cheap before the drywall and expensive afterwards.
Do we need Cat6A?
Sometimes. It matters over longer runs and for higher speeds. We will tell you where it is worth the extra and where Cat6 is genuinely fine.
