AI Automation questions
Is our data used to train someone's model?
It depends entirely on the tool, and the difference between a consumer tier and a business tier is usually exactly this. We check the terms before recommending anything and tell you what they say.
Can we use AI with patient or client data?
Only with the right agreements and configuration in place. For HIPAA that means a business associate agreement and a service that will sign one — which most free consumer tools will not.
Where do most businesses actually save time?
